1. Acceptance
By creating an account or uploading content to My Elite Virtual Coach, you agree to these terms. If you don't agree, please don't use the service.
2. The service
My Elite Virtual Coach is a virtual coaching tool. It provides feedback, suggestions, and drills based on video you upload. It is not a substitute for in-person coaching, medical advice, or physiotherapy.
3. Validation phase
We are in an active product validation phase. Features may change as we expand coaching capabilities. Reports are generated by our virtual coach and may contain inaccuracies — your feedback helps us improve.
4. Your content
You retain ownership of videos you upload. You grant us a limited license to store, process, and analyze them solely to deliver the service to you. You confirm you have the right to upload everyone visible in the clip.
5. Acceptable use
Don't upload illegal content, content of minors without parental consent, or content that infringes someone else's rights. Don't attempt to reverse-engineer the platform or abuse our infrastructure.
6. Plans and access
All users currently receive complimentary access. Paid plans (Pro, Elite) are being prepared but not yet active. We will notify you in advance before any plan moves to paid billing.
7. Termination
You can delete your account at any time. We may suspend accounts that violate these terms.
8. Liability
The service is provided "as is." We're not liable for injuries sustained while training. Always warm up, listen to your body, and consult a qualified coach or medical professional when needed.
9. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which My Elite Virtual Coach is incorporated, without regard to conflict of law principles.
