1. Acceptance
By creating an account or uploading content to My Virtual Coach, you agree to these terms. If you don't agree, please don't use the service.
2. The service
My Virtual Coach is an AI-assisted coaching tool. It provides feedback, suggestions, and drills based on video you upload. It is not a substitute for in-person coaching, medical advice, or physiotherapy.
3. Beta status
The service is currently in private beta. Features may change, break, or be removed. Reports are AI-generated and may contain inaccuracies — your feedback helps us improve.
4. Your content
You retain ownership of videos you upload. You grant us a limited license to store, process, and analyze them solely to deliver the service to you. You confirm you have the right to upload everyone visible in the clip.
5. Acceptable use
Don't upload illegal content, content of minors without parental consent, or content that infringes someone else's rights. Don't attempt to reverse-engineer the coaching engine or abuse our infrastructure.
6. Subscriptions and billing
Paid plans (Pro, Elite) are billed monthly via our payment processor. You can cancel at any time; access continues until the end of the billing period.
7. Termination
You can delete your account at any time. We may suspend accounts that violate these terms.
8. Liability
The service is provided "as is." We're not liable for injuries sustained while training. Always warm up, listen to your body, and consult a qualified coach or medical professional when needed.
9. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which My Virtual Coach is incorporated, without regard to conflict of law principles.
