1. What we collect
When you create an account we store your email, display name, and authentication credentials. When you upload a video we store the file, the metadata you provide (sport, focus area, skill level, player labels), and the AI-generated coaching report.
2. How we use your data
We use your uploads exclusively to generate your coaching reports and to improve the coaching engine. We never train public models on identifiable footage without explicit, opt-in consent.
3. Video storage
Videos are stored encrypted at rest in secure cloud infrastructure. Only you and our coaching engine can access them. You can delete a video and its report at any time from your dashboard.
4. Sharing
We do not sell your data. We do not share your videos with third parties except sub-processors required to run the service (e.g. hosting, AI inference) under strict confidentiality.
5. Cookies
We use essential cookies for authentication and session management, plus privacy-respecting analytics to understand which features matter. No third-party advertising trackers.
6. Your rights
You can request export or deletion of your data at any time by emailing privacy@myvirtualcoach.app. We respond within 30 days.
7. Children
My Virtual Coach is not directed at children under 13. Junior athletes between 13–17 must have a parent or guardian agree on their behalf.
8. Changes
We may update this policy as the product evolves. We'll notify active users by email of material changes at least 14 days before they take effect.
